An interesting mission, but, once again, the “romance” overshadows the possibilities with the artifacts. Come on! A nice way to bring H. G. Wells back (some forgiveness for that).

Warehouse 13 Season 2 Episode 6

Well–with this one–the season does seem to be picking up steam at last.  Clearly the writers are falling back on a tried drama formula: romance.  The artifacts and the possibilities are interesting enough, but somehow they sense a need to weave sex into the series.  Here’s the thing:  good science fiction doesn’t require romance.  It’s already romantic.

New Header Banners

Modifying a header banner on the Twenty Ten Theme is straightforward if you maintain the 940 x 198 dimensions. I pulled a nice background from my folder of Sedona scenes, and then overlaid a clipped head shot from the same period. I may change the text treatment at some point, but at least there’s something unique to look at.

Something old… something new… something blue…

Many ages ago I secured this domain name in an effort to catalog my thoughts.  Nowadays WordPress is the de facto web publishing tool.  There will be new content here in due course, but I’m building a unique theme first.  Who knows how long that will take, but it’s a necessary diversion prior to the new wave.
